Elysium Skin Sciences delivers skincare, hair care, eye care and body care products throughout Pakistan. Please review the shipping, return and refund terms below before placing an order.

Shipping across Pakistan

• Order processing: Orders are normally processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
• Standard delivery: Delivery after dispatch typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the city, service area and courier operations.
• Free shipping: Free standard shipping applies to orders above PKR 2,000.
• Tracking: Tracking details may be shared by SMS, email or WhatsApp when available.
• Correct details: Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details are not the responsibility of Elysium Skin Sciences.

Urgent delivery in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Subject to availability, urgent delivery may be arranged within 24 hours in Islamabad and Rawalpindi through a cab or local delivery service. The buyer pays the actual delivery charges. Contact Elysium Skin Sciences on WhatsApp at 0300 5150818 before ordering to confirm availability and charges.

Return and exchange eligibility

A return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must:

• Have been purchased from the official Elysium Skin Sciences website or an authorised channel.
• Be unused, unopened and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
• Include the original packaging and supplied components.

Opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned because of hygiene and safety requirements. Products damaged through misuse, negligence or improper storage are also not eligible.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 3 days of delivery if the wrong product arrives or an item is damaged or defective. Provide the order number, clear photographs and a complete unboxing video.

An unboxing video is required for a damaged-bottle claim. The video should clearly show the unopened parcel, shipping label, opening of the package and the reported damage in one continuous recording. Claims are reviewed before a replacement or refund is approved.

• The customer pays return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind return.
• Elysium Skin Sciences covers the return or replacement delivery when a verified item is incorrect, defective or damaged on arrival.
• Use secure packaging and a trackable courier for returns.
• Approved refunds are normally issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds are sent through the original payment method where available. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the error was ours.
